Begin or Continue Your journey of self discovery & Healing! Allow yourself to open and receive wisdom from your Higher self! Be guided with age old tools that have proven themselves! Begin with a beginner/ intermediate Flow Yoga to release stuck energies in your chakra’s. Then be guided through a meditation using colors that move through the Chakra’s & Aura to clear negative energy and bring in positive energies. And conclude with a Sound Bath with 7 Crystal Singing Bowls to balance and raise your vibration! Journaling and questions are encouraged at the end!
